How much does it cost to see the doctor, and do I have to pay before I see them?
Copayment and account balances will be collected at the time of registration. We will file all insurance claims and assist you with policy concerns, determining your deductible amount, and your out-of-pocket costs for service. Self-pay prices start at $85.00. Please ask about our ICO Discount Policy for full payment at time of visit. -
What insurance plans do you currently accept?
If you do not see your carrier on our list of insurance providers, and would like to know if it is accepted, please contact the clinic you would like to visit. -
Should I fill out any forms before visiting Immediate Care?
Yes. Speed up your service by having forms already filled out. Download and print PDF files HERE and fill them out in the comfort of your own home/office. -
Do you take Medicaid or Sooner Care?
No. At this time Immediate Care does not take Medicaid or Sooner Care. -
When do you open? What are your hours? Do I need an appointment? What information should I bring?
Immediate Care provides urgent care services 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm at each of our convenient OKC metro locations. No Appointment is needed. You will need a photo ID (whether you are the patient or caregiver), Insurance Card, Copay amount, Social Security Number (yours and child’s) -
Are you able to take X-Rays?
Yes. Immediate Care is very proud to be able to offer our patients on-site digital X-ray technology. We have a certified radiology technician on staff and all providers and medical staff are trained. Please go to On-site X-ray services. -
Do you perform physicals?
Yes. Immediate Care can administer employment (including DOT), school, sports, travel, and camp physicals. Please contact the individual clinics and ask to visit with the Coordinators for additional information. -
Do you treat Worker's Compensation Injuries or deal with Occupational Medicine?
Yes we provide services in both of these areas as well as Drug Screening and testing as requested, or in some cases, required. The first and primary objective is to ensure the employee receives the very best treatment and to work with them throughout this process to meet and complete all their medical needs, including rehabilitation. We are also committed to the employer. Communication between the employer and the physician is extremely valuable in controlling short and long term medical costs and lost work hours. We also assist through maximum cooperation and aggressive back-to-work as well as modified work plans that decrease out-of-pocket expenses. -
Can I send my 17 year old child to be seen alone?
Yes, you may; however, there is a form to be completed and requirements to be met. Before sending your child, please contact the clinic you will be visiting for specific instructions. -
Where are you located?
Immediate Care has 3 convenient urgent care centers in the Oklahoma City Metro, with one more opening soon at I-240 and Sooner Road. Click Here for a list of all our locations. -
Do you give shots other than FLU?
Yes. Although influenza activity in the United States is increasing and we do encourage our community to be proactive and take Flu shots, we also offer other seasonal shots as well as pneumonia, tetanus and wellness shots such as B12. Please contact the ICO facility that you will be visiting and confirm vaccine availability and/or seek additional information as needed.
