Immediate Care of Oklahoma is committed to creating an environment of integrity, trust, and responsibility throughout our organization. One of the many ways we accomplish this is by adopting an operational model that puts “character” at the forefront. We are proud to be a Character First affiliate.
Character First is a unique and highly effective program that is committed to assisting businesses in developing their culture by strengthening relationships (internally and externally) and developing leadership both in the workplace and the community. For Immediate Care this means approaching care and treatment of others (patients, staff, caregivers, and vendors) with “inward values that determine outward actions”. We strive continually toward excellence in customer service, retention of skilled and compassionate staff, strengthening our team, increasing positive and efficient productivity, and demonstrating integrity to our community.
